old radial head dislocation in 8 year old child

an 8 year old female child presented to the clinic with a bony swelling of her right elbow with some limitation of movements. clinically there is 20 degrees extention lag and 20 degrees short of full supination. x ray posterior dislocation of radial head. child and parents deny any history of trauma. how do we proceed from here?. will radial head excision help? epiphysioesis at this age?

may be a case of monteggia fracture dislocation. i wll like to have an x ray of the forearm including elbow and wrist. if so, try to gain the length of ulna.
