A 41 yeas old male was involved in mvc. He had fr lt acetabulum and lt sacrum ala treated by sacroiliac screw and skletal traction for acetabulum. Also he ahd lt sternoclavicular dislocation which treated by arm sling only. Now 5 months post trauma there is obvious deformity at lt sternoclavicular joint.51 what we can do now. The x ray is attached.
