perforators injury

can any one tell me wht is the best way to avoid perforatoris injury during femur approach or DHS .

I don't think there is a way to avoid them. Just take your time, don't rush, go slowly , so that you can anticipate not seeing them and cutting them without knowing. You CAN see them if you go slowly.( I also discovered that recently, to be honest! ). So then , if the perforator is small you can use cautery and if bigger , ligate it with a suture or wih clips and cut between .
