    Bone infartion at distal fimur.

A 34 years old lady presented with pain around the right knee for about one months. Clinically there were no identifiable findings. X-ray and MRI showed Bone infarts at distal 3rd of the femur. What could the options for the treatment.

image is essential because the choice of treatment is dependent on the size, shape and location of the lesion. These signs are fully adressed in plain Xrays.
