What is your preferred surgical approach for distal biceps repair? (Single incision, 2 incision)
What is your preferred fixation for distal biceps repair?

I use 2 incisions and make a hole in the biceps tuberosity to pull the tendon into.

I prefer a single incision technique, and have now settled using two anchors 1cm apart (prox to distal) on the tuberosity. I roughen up the untervening cortex to provide a bleeding bed for the tendon. Seems to work well and have not had any complications at all!!!
